The value for money at this hostel was amazing! The room wassuper clean and cozy, with both fans and AC. The location, although a little outside of the city center, was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The staff treated me like family, always polite, friendly, and helpful.
Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The atmosphere of the hostel is incredibly welcoming and friendly, with the owner and his family providing a true sense of family vibes. As one of the best hostels in the area, it is tucked away in a beautiful jungle, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment. The basic accommodation still provides everything you need, and the breakfast is simply amazing with traditional Indonesian dishes. Activities like bonfires on the beach and dinner in the village give guests a unique and authentic experience.
Some of the staff members seemed confused and had limited English proficiency, possibly due to the absence of the owner.

Had such a blast at this place over Easter! the best part was getting to live with a local family and experiencing the authentic Balinese lifestyle. They were so friendly and welcoming, and the food they cooked was absolutely delicious. Plus, they offered great deals on tours and scooter rentals, making it easy to explore the area and try out different activities. the location was also perfect for getting a true taste of Bali, although it was a bit of a ride from the beach and city center, but totally worth it!
That it was a bit of a trek to get to the hostel. the roads were quite steep and it took a little effort to reach Lovina, but that was the only way to experience the charm and authenticity of this place.
